Yeah that is a big chunk. And I guess you wouldn't want to make it any smaller or you wouldn't be able to really zoom
Making it any smaller really just seems wrong. I guess I could just make it a series of copies of famous corners in racing and not have much of a straight section. It's still going to eat an absurd amount of property. That'd be property that would have to be cleared and maintained. You can't just have trees in the infield. There's also a need for space around the track for safety sake.
Is most of you land besides the blueberries and the farm all woods?
The blueberries are a decent drive away and on the top of a rocky mountain.
The farm and my plot are all woodlands and fields. The fields get used for hay. We harvest enough hay so that we can sell quite a bit of it.
I have some pretty giant fields. I could put a track in one and I guess they could hay around it. That might work. Them haying would serve as mowing, meaning I'd have the ability to see. Though after a day or two I would probably know the track well enough to not need to see.
I'd also have to put loops and chicanes in it. That way I can have different routes and not always drive the same circuit.
At parts of it, it needs to be wide enough for three cars, so that I can safely have other people drive on it with me.
