Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

If you don't know how this works, . That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Poal go down.

NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, and you're a regular participant, then just ask Crazy, or myself.

If you do know what's going on, you probably don't need to click that link - but you may want to, to make sure you know of the other features, such as the archive or a separate forum that's invite only.

Remember, we are guests here on Poal. Let's act like it. If you're interested in supporting Poal, then .

LOL They don't care about a stolen $200 guitar, Shit, they probably don't care about a stolen real Gibson Les Paul.

And, unless they kept the serial number, there's pretty much no fucking way they could ever prove it was stolen.

(I have the serial numbers, where applicable, for all my guitars. They are not organized well. No, sir... They are not... They're in like 2 dozen text files, mixed with other data.)

Yeah they really don't care about any stolen property, they just take the reports for the insurance companies

Plus, they wouldn't have probable cause to arrest you. Receipt of stolen property requires the person receiving the property have known it was stolen - or, a reasonable person would have known it was stolen. Junkies sell their own property for dirt cheap prices. You don't know it was stolen. Even if you might have thought that it could be stolen, doesn't mean that you knew it was stolen property.

exactly!

I am not worried about that in the slightest bit
