well he wants to go do shows so we will be bringin them out
Well, test whatever you buy extensively and be comfortable returning shit that doesn't meet your expectations.
yeah I dont think we are even going to try that one, but thats good advice for the ones we go get
I spent a ton of money outfitting the band with all new gear - in some cases even supplying replacement instruments or instruments they could play but did not currently own. For example, I purchased both a violin and a couple of keyboards for one of the ladies.
We spent a lot of money... Well, I spent it...
We tested the fuck out of everything. We even checked impedance on cables. If the wireless system said it was good for 20 meters, we measured and tested to make sure there was still 100% of the signal at 20 meters.
We went over every inch of the gear. We sent maybe 1:20 items back, maybe a higher ratio - I didn't actually keep track of the numbers.
We even sent back heavy equipment, like several cabs that did not have the Celestion speakers in them as advertised. They had some knock-off speakers in them and we paid good money for there to be Celestion speakers.
By the way, if you want good speakers for performing (even for your home amp) get Celestion. If you're interested in upgrading an amp, consider replacing the speakers with this brand. You may find rebranded ones in your amps already.
They're expensive.
They're worth every fucking penny.
