Follow Rt. 1 - it's lined with places to sell tourists lobster.
I can imagine all up and down the coast they are not difficult to find
Seriously, just drive down Rt. 1. It is literally dotted with seafood places for tourists and the weird Mainers that go to the coast of Maine for vacation. Yes, even Mainers go to the Maine coast for vacation. It's a 2 to 3 hour drive, depending on where you live. I guess it might be a little over 3 hours to really get to the coast if you're in Fort Kent, but there are like 20 people that live there. The rest of Maine lives on the coast or within 2 hours of the coast.
Hell, even I can be at the coast in under 3 hours from my house - and I live almost on the border of Canada and New Hampshire.
Note: I do not go to the Maine coast for vacation. I do sometimes go spend a few days, but that's not vacation. That's just a long weekend. Also, I'm usually shitfaced when i do that, so driving home is a bad idea.
Door county near by me is like that with fish and cherries
