Well, that rules out botulism. That's a good thing.

I've had botulism twice. It's about a six month recovery before you feel 'good' again. It's pretty deadly. Surviving it twice is pretty damned impressive.

So, you probably didn't have botulism.

Gatorade is an excellent choice, by the way. So isn't that shit you give kids - Pedialite I think is how you spell it. It's disgusting, but it does the job nicely.

I'm pretty sure I've been more intoxicated than most people on this planet. However, at no time have I thought a chicken in my ass was a good idea.

Guitar magazines are stupidly expensive these days. I actually normally subscribe to a few, but haven't lately as I've been bouncing from Maine to Virginia and I'd never catch up on the past issues.

So, as a "new guitar player that hasn't got any money", I did the next best thing. I hit up a search engine and spent a few minutes trying to find this:
