From what I read, the answer is a clear 'nope'.
Sometimes you can, if you're on the list for extra miles or disputed charges. For something like that, or an OUI on your record, you're pretty much fucked. They do have an OUI list that's used for DNR - at least according to what I read. I read maybe 10 or 12 pages.
My driving record is not really too bad. The next OUI I get will be the first. I've had a few speeding tickets but none for years
You have no OUIs on your record? (Me either!)
I was checking the logistics behind buying a Veyron. Annual maintenance runs about 30k every two years and new tires are 22k for a set of 4 - and don't even think about trying to replace just one as tread wear has to match.
I had one in 1988 but back then the law was if you go five years without it drops off your record, That law changed shortly after it dropped off my record
That is awfully expensive
