Mine has as well between 12 and 18 grams a day yokes to much

I take about 25 capsules a day.

I use the white, bought some red recently and 'nothing,' dunno why.

Why do I / we / people have to have vices...

are they 0 caps or 00 caps? ones 12. grams a day other is 25 grams a day. with kratom you need the freshest you can. guy i go through gets damn good kratom very fresh. with red you want blatant red looking powder. with green it should be very green and white being redish white or greenish white depending on when it was picked. kratom is a thing you need try different strains(locations picked) for which one is best. theres like 30 different places it grows.

Mine say 0.5 mg. (each capsule).

Thanks for the info, yeah I just buy it at smoke shops, need to quit taking it eventually, too much of a habit.

But I've kicked methadone and Suboxone before, yuk.

Nice that you can get it that fresh.
