I saw that when I was in jail. They had the DVDs and played it quite often

Handing out DVDs to inmates seems strange to me, but it probably helps keep the inmates occupied.

They played DVDs on the pod TVs a couple times a week during certain hours. Like the soap opera hours

We took an Isetta to the parade. It was fun, but deadly. If you get hit in an Isetta you're gonna die.
