I don't know man. At the risk of being a called nigger faggot, I think I have to disagree. Malcolm was great at what he did, but the GOAT? No, I can't go there. So many different styles that great guitarists play, and in all honesty I can't say he's better than Chet Atkins, or Tommy Emanuel, Brad Paisley, or any number of guitar greats. As a rhythm guitarist, yeah, I'd say he was great. He did his job, he filled a role, and he did it in a way that was all his own. AC/DC will never be the same without him.

angus's brother he played rhy and is considered one of the best rhy guitarist. greatest player naw. there is many more including angus who have something to say without speaking and can feel the audience emotion and play that back to them in guitar and move the crowd. buckethead good player doesnt have that ability. steve vai another wonderful player but dont have that emotional talent. bb king, gary moore, jimi hendrix, robbie kreger from the doors, SRV, jeff healey and hank williams sr all had the emotional talent malcolm was able to hold a rhy for however long you asked so in that aspect he probably is the best rhy in modern times. i say modern since ancients could hold a pattern for very long rituals with ease. i guitarist surely wouldnt last for 3 days the strings would cut so deeply one would require those sissy finger condoms those faggot players where so they dont calus the hands up damn sissies.

Just watched a few video's after a wiki and I am sadly saying that since 16 yo and I had no fucking clue about this and that was the late 70's I heard Hells Bells and Back in Black. I was stoned and drunk for a majority of that time and will use that as my excuse. This is something I should have known in my circles of old friends I am shocked this man's name never came up. We talked Ozzy, G&R, and a lot of rock stuff but this name was not included.
