I don't know man. At the risk of being a called nigger faggot, I think I have to disagree. Malcolm was great at what he did, but the GOAT? No, I can't go there. So many different styles that great guitarists play, and in all honesty I can't say he's better than Chet Atkins, or Tommy Emanuel, Brad Paisley, or any number of guitar greats. As a rhythm guitarist, yeah, I'd say he was great. He did his job, he filled a role, and he did it in a way that was all his own. AC/DC will never be the same without him.
