I've even had 'em tune up all my small engine stuff - and my tractor got a tune up and fluids change.
Seriously, they even did my push lawn mower and weed whacker. They've done my snowmobiles and ATVs. They've gone through the gear on the farm - meaning much less equipment down-time.
They're pretty damned handy.

Valid point, but it'd probably bring their wages way down. So, there's that...
It's okay. I pay 'em well. I pay them well enough to enjoy working for me an well enough so that they'll not be tempted by competing offers.
That and they get to work on some really interesting stuff. I've got an interesting collection for them to work on.
They better love their job and their boss!
