Yeah but he is pretty much unintelligible these days when he sings

He's actually more intelligible now than he was for a point in his career when his voice was shot and he had to get surgery to fix it. Listen to his album that he did with the Grateful Dead (do not do this, it's fucking horrible) and you'll see... Well, you'll hear...

I have like magic Dylan ears and can usually deduce what it is he's singing about. I've seen him in concert many, many times. I pretty much go see him every time he's within a day's drive from wherever I am. I've gotta have seen him at least 50 times, most likely more.

Most of his concerts are kinda boring, but I enjoy 'em. Plus, unless it's unusual, I get to sit the fuck down and listen.

I must be thinking of the shot voice period. I don't think I have actually heard any thing he has sang lately

Seriously, do not listen to the Dylan and the Dead.
