Which car are you driving today? The GT has been put away, right?
I decide over the weekend and have them go over the car on Monday, so it's a different car every Tuesday. So, yup... The GT is gone for a while. I'm going to miss it. I almost kept it out for another week. I decided not to, and picked a pretty rare car that doesn't visually stand out too much.

That's pretty subtle until I start the engine. When I do start it up, men run and hide while little girls take their mothers in off the street.
1000HP car with under 5000 miles. Sweet. What's it like driving a 1000HP car. Burnouts everywhere?
It's REALLY hard to not spin the tires without traction control on. You'll shift into 3rd and just touch the gas - only to rip it sideways a bit. You have to be super careful. With traction control on, it's actually a bit more fun. It'll rip it sideways 'cause it's not that fast but then it'll kinda correct itself.
As far as I can tell, it's possible to spin the tires in every single gear. The torque is brutal. You can do zero to sixty REALLY fast, 'cause you only need two gears. You can shift into 3rd at 65ish if you want. You can also just take off in 2nd gear and get there really quickly.
I wish it was quieter, but I suspect it's as quiet as they could make it. It's loud - like race car loud - if you touch the gas. At idle it's not too bad. If you come on the throttle gently, you can kinda keep it quieter for residential areas - but it's still really loud. I'm not sure how it's legal. I suspect they only made it legal in the street mode. It's not too loud then, but there's no fun in driving around in that mode.
It's got like three modes, one of which is street another of which is track - with a kinda in-between sport mode. The street mode is pretty tame but, like I said, ain't nobody driving a goddamned Exorcist around in street mode. Nobody in the history of ever does that.
