As long as they dont have a victim you would think they would drop it but in my experience they dont care about that, only prosecuting
So long as you're not arrested on some other charge, you should be fine. Even if you are, you should still be fine with regards to these specific charges by insisting they provide evidence. Even a shitty court appointed lawyer should be able to handle that.
There's a skunk outside and it sprayed something.
I had a couple dozen skunks hanging around my yard almost all of June, they moved on
The first summer I lived in Maine, I lived across the road. I pretty much never closed the doors all summer long.
So, I had a couple of skunks that would come visit (and not spray) which was pretty cool. I was cool, they were cool, so it ended well.
