Nope. They were made by Dumble years ago. They were a bit boutique, but not that much. I knew multiple people with them. I just happen to have two 'cause I liked the sound. As I did mostly covers, the amps never got much stage use. So, they're in great condition.
I don't even remember what I paid for them - but it wouldn't have been much. I picked them both up years ago. I want to say one of 'em even came from a pawn shop for a couple hundred dollars? I don't really remember, but I can assure you that I didn't pay much.
That's a hell of return on investment!
It kinda makes me want to know how much my other amps are worth. I've got a nice custom amp that I use a lot. I've got my profiler that I use a lot, so that lets me pretend I have all sorts of amps with some quality. But, I've got a bunch of real amps right here in my house, and I can only estimate the value of some of them. I have no clue what others are worth.
I'm not planning on selling any of them, though I might for the sake of additional room. If I do that, I'll be selling those I don't like as much, rather than basing it on price.
So you're not going to sell the bumbles?
