They haven't even responded. I sent a message a month ago and an email today.
They can't even email me back to say they're not paying.
HOPEFULLY, they're on vacation. It is a holiday weekend. So, I'll be patient for a few days.

But, like I said, I'm not going to leap to assumptions, I'm going to wait and see. They do tend to vacation a bit and my first contact was just sending them a PayPal bill with a note enclosed. I can see thinking the first one is a scam but there's no way they could not see my email. It went to their business email, and didn't bounce or anything. So, they definitely have it in their inbox.
I probably should have sent a read receipt request. But, everyone declines those automatically. Hell, many clients won't even show them.
