Yeah, it's not easy to find practice time - and it's very easy to not find practice time.
Yeah, very true.
I have done it so long that I wake up early and do my practice then. My body is just used to waking up early, like 05:00, that I don't even really need an alarm clock. It also doesn't seem to matter much when I went to bed. I'll sometimes sleep in if I took my sleep meds late or something.
Still, on your average day, I'll diligently practice for two hours. Today was some harmonic exercises and strum patterns, then a few runs through some new material.
Although Tequila Sunrise (Eagles), the solo, the break, the instrumental, whatever lol, is probably played on a mandolin, I used to do it on my guitar, when playing live. As my time got closer and closer I began to tremble, but always got through it somehow lol.
I can hardly play just sitting down, and you guys play live, with your guitars hanging down to your knees, SMH.

That's amazing, kinda gives me some new hope that if I start doing the same, even just an hour a day, that I just might get somewhere. That would be something to be proud of, cause I've always considered myself kind of a failure, in that department.
I enjoy playing and singing though probably more than anything. It's just fun man! lol Jamming with friends is the best.
