I mean it more in the sense that this car has been nothing but trouble, from day one. So, I figure it'd probably be more trouble if I took it out again after being instructed not to do so.
I do know I better see a big ol' chunk of money in my account before they're taking anything anywhere.
Yeah, you better make sure they have given you the money before they load the vehicle. Once that is gone you dont have the big bargaining chip
Yup... They're not taking a damned thing until after that.
LOL They can't even call the cops and insist they can take it. I have very clear owner documentation. I hold the title to said vehicle. There's no lien or anything, as it's completely paid for.
So, they're kinda fucked unless I choose to give it back. They can sue me, of course. You can sue anyone for anything pretty much. That doesn't mean they'll win. They might be able to get some sort of injunction, where the courts would take possession of the car until it is resolved, 'cause it's an expensive item.
But, I could drive the fuck out of it until then. And, they're not gonna win a lawsuit. There's no fucking way they'll win. Though, well, there's a chance 'cause they have hundreds of lawyers. Little do they know, well they can probably guess, I can hire hundreds of lawyers too!
I really don't want to spend that kinda money for a car that just pisses me off now. Then again, they can't really stop me from selling it. So long as I disclosed the problems to the seller, there'd be no recourse for me. They'd have to fight with Mercedes.
Wait...
I could probably sell it to someone in a country where it's perfectly legal to drive. I didn't think of that until now.
Yeah you could sell it to someone in Europe!
