I've been in the mood for some marching powder, but I have my Suboxone appointment on Thursday. So, I don't use the week leading up to that.

Well, I have used and have popped up dirty before, but they don't like my excuse for that. "I'm here for opiate addiction, not cocaine addiction."

Shit, I'm pretty much never gonna get addicted to coke. I'm the guy that has some left over! I'm the guy that doesn't go wild on it and is okay with putting it away when I'm done marching.

Still, they don't want me to have any illegal drugs in my system. Crazy bastards!

Illegal drugs are just those the government can not collect taxes on, drugs are drugs

We are in pretty much perfect agreement on drug policy.

I'm a fucking adult. I can do what I want with my body.

That said, I'm also in a program - a program that is not obligated to treat me if I don't follow their rules. So, I try to be nice to them. They're trying to help me as best as they can, so making them angry won't actually help them help me.

So, I don't do illegal drugs (that can be tested for) within a week of testing.

I can smoke all the pot I want. They don't care about weed. I could also eat mushrooms or LSD. Those don't pop up in their tests.
