An SG would be cool to have. I've never had one of those

For $275, you could probably add a zero and still be in the realm of similar quality - even the rougher fret ends.

The guitar from Gibson would be like $7k. This is nowhere near $6500 'worse' than the original.

Thats ridiculously expensive

A top of the line guitar in the 1950's costed $275, to be able to get something that plays better for the same amount of dollars 70 years later is almost incomprehensible

That'd be like 2k in 2022 dollars, maybe a bit more. So, they're kinda on-par with current prices?

If I had to try to price this guitar, as though it had a Gibson name on the headstock (for real), I'd probably say it's easily in the 4k region.

I'm legit impressed by the quality of this Chibson SG.
