I suppose I should be grateful that it does sometimes work, as I am pretty far out in the sticks.

It's 56 and raining off and on today. So, it's chilly feeling. These old bones don't like this weather.

Amusingly, on the linux.org site, I have some dude that PMed me thinking they knew my name. Amusingly, they had my alias that I use a bit here and there, including my fake PayPal account. I didn't bother interacting with them. I'm just gonna let 'em do what they want to do.

Yes, that's the Chibson. It looks fantastic - other than the white truss rod cover. I'll order a real one.

LOL That's the 'back room' off the music room/studio. There are quite a few more in there.

Speaking of my phone, I called them and firmly asked to speak to a level 3 tech. They finally said fine and had them call me back. I explained the symptoms. About 15 minutes later, the tower went down for about 45 minutes. I don't know if that was coincidental or if they were fixing something. I haven't had any outages since - but it has only been a few minutes.

He's not really yet a master. He'd be a journeyman in this parlance. In twenty years or so, he'll be a master - or might be, it depends on how much he perfects his craft. I enjoy watching his progress, so I'm interested.

I did not go for a drive today, though I kinda have to go out later. It's off-and-on rain today. The tires on the 911 have some tread, but I'd rather not drive it in the rain. I can always take the missus' car, or the truck... The truck isn't even remotely efficient, but it hasn't had much use in a while, so I'll probably take that.
