That a shit kicked ass
Thanks! He's not hard to cover once you understand where he was coming from. A part of covering an artist well is understanding the artist themselves. They'll tell you a lot through the music they played - and when they chose to play it.
that i notice more so with older players especially blues guitarist. lo0ve john lee and buddy guy robert cray gary moore malsteen says lots of love and practice so does yours. the guy from dethklok guitar savant they say. hands of gold they say i dunno but only heard bits and pieces to say wether its heart or gift and jist procures money that way as its easy money. guy from fogerty too. cant think of bands name but did one more silver dollar. my grandfather doing bluegrass he picked it all if it had strings he played it. played on quite a few bluegrass albums and he was proud of it. i listen to who has heart in it and practice. i love jimmie rodgers roy clark man good music there.
Jimmy Rodgers' wife gave my dad a guitar, they knew his family.
There were some great players in that era, like Roy Clark, Glen Campbell, Chet Atkins, etc...
