LOL I'm on the Lubuntu dev team. I even have an .me email address. I've been an official member for a while now, just renewing my membership not long ago.
I mostly do daily .iso testing, but I'll step up to do other tasks as needed - but I prefer not coding. I don't mind packaging too mcuh, but my time is best spent testing. I'm good at it. I like it. I find more bugs than any other tester. So, that's what I do.
I'm also the author of linux-tips.us, a growing Linux tips site.
On top of that, I'm a moderator at the linux.org forum. I have been at that for a while now.
I've been involved in Linux for quite a while now.
Ubuntu is what I started on but moved to arch since is was more technical but that was long ago and havnt been back though Ubuntu studio looks nice
I like Lubuntu 'cause it's not technical. I like the easy installation. I like that I can maintain it with just a couple of terminal commands.
So, I kept working at it. Now? Now I'm on the dev team, recognized as an expert and an 'official member' - able to even speak on behalf of Ubuntu and Lubuntu.
Rather than muss about with fancy words, I want to say I appreciate what I've seen from you so far. Your willingness to work on the archives is appreciated.
Would you like to join the guitar sub as a moderator?
I've checked with and we agree you look like you'll be a good fit.
Surely I'll accept that. Just let me what I need to do as the job requires and I'm on it. Though I must figure out when I finish updating archives how get last 2 at top 😅. I forgot it's time based so they would be in April's area and not Oct nov
I have a spare sdd might go install Ubuntu studio on it since as features go super loaded for music and such and is easier to I stall Apts over pacman
