Or maybe an absurd Lexus or the Audi I don't really own yet. I don't even own an Audi except for some down-market job that's a fun car (I'm sure) but it hasn't even made my 'drive' list.
Hmm.... Even the Hurrican is not all that expensive compared to what I have - and it'll increase in value.
But, a Ferrari hot hatch is the epitome of hot hatch examples - and it too will only increase in value, assuming I keep few miles on it.
Can't go wrong with another Lambo or Ferrari!
I have a cherry 280Z and it's worth like 50k and I stole it for 30k. They're just not that valuable. I could take a chance on it, 'cause they're really not that expensive - but in a decade it's going to be worth maybe a few grand more than I paid for it. Probably...
A 280Z adjusted for inflation is probably worth about 50k, which is about what you're going to pay for a VERY good example. Mine is fully replaced/original condition. I paid 30k for it.
Actually, I own another one. I forget what I paid for that one, but it was about the same.
I dunno if the 300Z is going to be valuable, especially compared to other sport cars from the era. I think It's a decent gamble. It might be worth a few dollars. If nothing else, it'll be worth what I paid for it if I don't put many miles on it.
I just think it looks great and its going to be one of the last gas powered rear wheel drive cars, and I think it would be a nice addition to your collection at not a very high price. Like you said, you already have two of them, older model styles. So they are one of those cars that some people like to have years down the road.
Though a Ferrari or a Lamborghini is all that and more!
