Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

If you don't know how this works, . That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Poal go down.

NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, and you're a regular participant, then just ask theBuddha, or myself.

If you do know what's going on, you probably don't need to click that link - but you may want to, to make sure you know of the other features, such as the archive or a separate forum that's invite only.

Remember, we are guests here on Poal. Let's act like it. If you're interested in supporting Poal, then .

Today is Veteran's Day here in the US, Armistice Day really. WWI ended today, on November 11, at 11:00. Rather than make any political statements, I figured I'd share something we've not heard in a long time. This song was made just for the thread and it's...

Some of you will have never heard that song, more than likely. It's a pretty old track, from February of 2019! Some of you will have heard it, but probably haven't heard it in a while! So, it's a good day to dig it out again.

Yesterday was the Marine Corps birthday. Rock on!

firstly of all fuck yes go america. secondly fuck those that seek to destroy our nation, our values and our god

thirdly fucking gnarly jam as the theme song. wish i could play like that but wrist and hands built for strength so dexerity is very limited. always enjoy the songs produced

I want to say it was COF who thought we needed a theme song. At the same time, we had another participant who changed names often but generally included 'booger' in it. He was a very good guitarist, so we kinda kept competing to see who could record the best song - only it wasn't really competing it was more like, "Oh yeah? Well, check this shit out!" We kept that going for a while.

This song is a product of that era - as memory serves. may recall more details but that's my memory.

That was me who said we need a theme song!

Then you popped up with that. Could not have ever hoped for a better theme song!

Thanks! Glad ya liked it.

It's a bit older and hasn't been heard much lately. This being a special thread, as it's Veteran's Day, we might as well bring out something folks haven't heard in a coon's age.

Great song ,LOVED the drum piece brought the Rock right along with the rest of it.

Holy shit man, crank it up and pin my ears to the wall!

Thanks! It's our FNGT theme song!

The thread needed a theme song, so one was provided for it. It has been the theme song since, though I'm open to suggestions in case someone else wants to create a new theme stong.

I love this song. It is fucking awesome!

Thanks! I kinda dimly recall when it was made. The drum intro was flipped backwards and mixed that way, as one of Biff's first forays into doing more than just setting balance and timing.

I love the drum intro, fits the song wonderfully
