lolololol i might sound better with good production lolol but i do believe doing a bit better this year as i change focus on things and try new stuff as well. wonder if they have programs out that can tab out your song for you erm something to seek.
Sadly, nothing quite right exists in that department. I'd kill for software that would transcribe my playing to tablature or even standard notation.
I'd pay a whole lot of money to license that software. I'd easily pay five figures, no doubt about it, assuming it worked.
I have some (not trying to sound too egotistic) great stuff that I'd love to have the tab for. I'll never take the time to write it myself.
There have been a couple of attempts made, but they sucked. Part of the problem is that any given note can be played at as many as 5 places on the fretboard. So, tab isn't going to be easily automatically generated.
progressions might have a good chance of working itself out but chords it would need to detect so much. i would think one would have to set the key first then input each chord progression and finger layout for the software then it could overlay the chord inputs until the best one matched up with chords. so power and barr chords added in with those finger layouts. one of my most played is a minor then some chord {string} {fret} b 8 g 7 d 6 a 7
b 8
g 7
d 5
a 7
With AI, chords might actually be easier to get right. You then have as many as six notes, reducing the number of places it could be played on the fretboard. Kinda like how the more clues you have the more likely you are to solve the puzzle.
