Yeah, I had a friend with a Sinclair. He was decent in BASIC, so he did okay.

And, yeah, it's kinda cool seeing the kids grow up to be productive adults. To be clear, I am NOT paying his mortgage directly. I pay him to work, that's it. He's the one doing rent to own on the place. He's the one making the decisions and paying the payments.

I employ him, but that's the money he gets. Well, he still gets some for his birthday and the holidays, but you get the idea.
