Our Christmas special is a bit different than some years, in a way it was reaching back to my roots and getting some help along the way.

It's quite a bit less complicated than some years - but that's kinda intentional. We were going for something a little different.

Now, let's hope my internet is working on Friday night!

I'd say give me up to 30 minutes. If I haven't posted by 20:30 (my time), go ahead and open the thread. But, in that amount of time, I should be able to reach you one way or another to let you know what's going on.

No, no... It's not Friday yet. I'm just making sure we're prepared for Friday.

I'm supposed to have some rain and snow - both 'heavy' and there will be high winds.

I did not really get to go for my morning drive. I'm okay with that. I've got family keeping me busy.

In my area the weather forecasters always exaggerate the severity of upcoming storms and the actual storm never lives up the the hype, not even close
