Once again, it's time for the FNGT!

If you don't know how this works, . That link will take you to another site to give you some additional information and tell you about some of our off-site features. That's also the site where we will host the weekly guitar threads, should Poal go down.

NOTE: That site is by invitation only. If you want an invite, and you're a regular participant, then just ask Crazy, or myself.

If you do know what's going on, you probably don't need to click that link - but you may want to, to make sure you know of the other features, such as the archive or a separate forum that's invite only.

Remember, we are guests here on Poal. Let's act like it. If you're interested in supporting Poal, then .

that could very well be.

we got a quarter inch of snow today

We didn't get any snow today - which is inaccurate.

There have been very light flurries throughout the day. It amounted to nothing substantial.

So, we got no snow yet today. We've got at least a few inches, along with some sleet, coming tomorrow.

And, I don't think the tires on the truck are even all season radials. If they are, they're not very good. They're like summer tires. I'll take a closer look tomorrow. They might be REALLY cheap all-season radials. If they are, they're absolutely terrible.

On a positive note, I can spin the tires pretty much on command - even on clear pavement.

Can you drift through the corners in it without losing complete control?

It's fairly predictable, so yes. I'm not so sure that it'd work all that well on dry pavement. I was wrong to type 'on demand' when it should have said - from a stop or at optimal speeds (or any time, on the snow).

I could get the rear tires spinning and hold it sideways to drift a corner at slower speeds - on dry pavement - I think... I haven't tried it.

It's easy as fuck to drift it in the snow. It's fairly predictable, in that you know how it's likely to behave, once you accept how little traction you really have with it.
