By adjusting the oxy mix to get the proper flame with the given amount of oxy at the time. You ideally want a good point on it and it often doesn't need to be long or anything like that - just a good concentrated point.

I went outside with the dog 'cause he was annoying me. His hearing is better than mine. Someone's setting off fireworks.

It might seem like a weird time to do so, but it really isn't. I've got a neighbor-ish that likes 'em. They're probably drunk and just watched the race.

When I lived on the beach I set off fireworks all the time for the hell of it.

They did get a good point on the flame and could fine tune it well

They're perfectly legal here, even the big mortars. So, my neighbor-ish really likes his fireworks freedom and blows shit up all the time. He probably went through a few hundred dollars worth of fireworks. It's all good. I don't mind. If I did mind, I could go say something. He'd be perfectly free to tell me to fuck off, 'cause he's well within his rights. He'd probably listen, if I had a specific complaint. I don't have any complaints. He doesn't complain when I set off fireworks or touch off a few rounds. It's all good...

And, yeah, you want a good point and then the heat's about halfway down the point.

It's time to get out the cutting oil and metal drills. You can start with a small drill and work your way up. As it's not threaded, a bolt remover isn't gonna work for 'em. They're gonna need more gas or they're gonna need a drill.

I take it this part they're working on can't be removed from the vehicle to work on it? It's like a hole in the frame? 'Cause if it can be removed, they should have done that before bothering with the heat.
