Biden literally doesn't have any clue what he's talking about. A 9mm is not the kind of bullet that "blows a lung" clear out of the body. Police forces around the world CHOOSE the 9mm because it increases the likelihood of their target surviving in cases where they have to resort to deadly force.

Absolutely.

I saw two thugs chase down a girl in a city and shoot her in the spine. One second she was running away the next everything stopped working and she face planted the pavement. (they ran up to her and finished her off point blank to the head)
