Not entrapment. Entrapment is when LEO harass, convince, beg etc. a person to do something illegal they otherwise wouldn't have. For the same reason a LEO drug dealer isn't entrapment.

But someone not well versed on the subject would check facebook TOS, see the clause and think it's not illegal. This is one of those cases where whilst illegal, but the process to get to the state of it being a crime shows criminal intent by the FBI.
