Now here is the copy/paste of the post:

In my quest to do the opposite of official government health advice, I have recently started tobacco.

Cigars in particular, are sublime.

Most of the harm from smoking is from the tobacco treatment (ammonia) and toxins they add such as flame retardants, anti-mold, etc.

From my research it seems the benefits outweigh the negatives:

With cigars, you do not inhale through the lungs, so you get the benefits of tobacco and nicotine trans-salivary

Despite the demonization of tobacco one thing is for sure - smokers have higher androgen and lower estrogen levels than non-smokers.

Pure organic tobacco, smoked through an activated charcoal filter is probably not nearly as bad and may even be.. healthy?

Besides keeping stress hormones and estrogen low, raising T and being neuro-protective, tobacco also has anti parasitic effects.

So I ordered some organic cigars and smoked these during my 5 day parasite cleanse, in which I drank only juices (I expelled some weird things).

Coming from a bioenergetic perspective I think such cleanses can be stressful on the body.

On the 2nd day of juicing I felt stressed so I lit my first cigar. My temperature and heart-rate went up and within minutes a calm came over me.

I believe the boost in Testosterone is not just from the Nicotine. There are 100’s of chemicals in cigars that likely have many different beneficial effects.

Just as the Sun is not just red light. Coffee is not just caffeine. Tobacco is not just nicotine.

There are small attributes to each ingredient that play a symbiotic role.

It is said that by the turn of the last century 1 in 4 men smoked cigars.
