Vlad the Impaler was not a "sick and depraved ruler.".. He was actually one of the greatest kings of what is now Romania! He ferociously fought against the Otoman Empire, defending the gate to Christian Europe. And there were many others: Mircea the Elder, Stefan the Great, Michael the Brave. Some of them. Maybe you guys should write an article about the defenders of Europe. For hudreds of years. A big part of history that is very little known. And if you want some Hollywood spice, in 1600, the otoman people used to scare their children using Mihai the Brave''s name :" behave, go to sleep, or lord Mihai will come!" And if the western Europe had sent their promised troops, to aid Mihai(when he had already reached Adrianopol) and had not betrayed him, it would have been a totally different course of history. Research on that. To return to this article, Yes, Vlad the Impaler is known for his executions "by impaling", but we are talking about the year circa 1450 and those were "performed" to the most dangerous people, to set an example. He didn't invent that practice, in fact, in those times, it was a quite common way of punishment. FYI, check out France, with Louis XVI. He was a fan of that procedure, and many other atrocities. Don't forget that in France, people were still being decapitated in 1977

Impaling defeated enemies was a common practice among the Ottomans. They also tied one end of your guts to a pole and made you do rounds around it. Vlad used their own form of punishment against the Ottomans because that's the only language the Muslims seem to understand to this day. I can't recommend you enough the book "Sword and Scimitar".

Vlad and his brother were given to the muslims by their father as part of a treaty, they were both raised the same, the difference was Vlad fought against their muslim teaching every inch of the way while his brother fully converted.

Vlad did what he had to do to keep Transylvania great.

It's insulting to compare a great man like Vlad to that orange kike.

The ottomans were cruel af. When they took cyprus (I think it was cyprus) they flayed the commander of the garrison alive and paraded his stuffed skin around the island. Ppl like vlad were necessary, since treating Satan spawn like batman does doesn't actually work.

It doesn’t in Batman either. In the comics he “defeats” his villains dozens of times, each time they break out, kill a bunch of people, rinse, repeat.

If he threw them in a wood chipper, regardless of what it did to him hundreds of lives would be saved.

Right batman was a soft homo. Somebody kills your family you wanna throw them in jail? Pay for them to live out the rest of their days. That’s not justice: the only way I would want people like that to exist in jail is in solitary confinement eating scraps off the floor till the day they lost their mind and offed themselves

But batman doesn't want lives saved. He wants the criminals to escape and fight him again. He doesn't give a shit about the victims except for the fuel they give him to claim he's a hero.

this right here is what needs doing to Daniel Andrews and Luke Cornelius.

Being fed feet first into woodchippers slowly while repeatedly being asked who is blackmailing them and what are they being blackmailed over.

The next question being 'which children have you raped that china has evidence of'
