This is one of the most pleasant rabbit holes i've gone down and now I really want to take up Archery as a hobby after being inspired by Lars

Same, his vid's are actually pretty historically informative (aside from his impressive skill). Here's another good one, i linked in an earlier comment to another user.Not sure if you haven't already stumbled across it.
