When people think about Modern Archery, it's quite easy to be deceived into believing it would be highly inefficient form of combat.

Well that's simply because we have "forgotten" our ancestors past techniques. Something tells me the jews don't want people having access to this knowledge.

Yeah, i watched a few more of his vids after this one, and then came across a fairly recent (last year i think) Collab he did with some dude that's completely into the whole medieval era and weapons etc, runs at about 1 hour 29 mins or something. Goes into dispelling a lot of the haters claims. EDIT' Here's the vid Lars anderson(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=i4mqt69VZ28)

This is one of the most pleasant rabbit holes i've gone down and now I really want to take up Archery as a hobby after being inspired by Lars

Same, his vid's are actually pretty historically informative (aside from his impressive skill). Here's another good one, i linked in an earlier comment to another user. Not sure if you haven't already stumbled across it. Meh - watch it again :) Lars anderson/ recreating comanche archery(https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=liHlCRpS70k)
