Agreed. And no down shifting. I usually used 2nd gear to slow it down sometimes. Probably don’t need to and extra wear on clutch plate. But yes. I always had clutch first gear in case person behind me is a fuck head. Saved my truck that way. Someone rear ended me but I was able to pull up to lessen the impact. And no whiplash
