Is there a good workout schedule I can follow? I am completely out of shape and realize I need to set a better example. Not obese, just tired and weak.
Go for 30min walks daily. Try set a time early in the morning. Just walk out. You’ll gain energy enough to start getting into it. Go outside to do it. I find treadmills and gyms can influence your progress. Put horse blinders on and just do your 30min. Once you can do that for two weeks straight. You have built enough discipline to enhance a workout into more.
