I've wondered about that. Does that mean you got two notifications; one for the sub you own and one for the manual tag in the body?

Ah, that was another thing I was curious about; do mentions in post titles trigger a notification to that tagged user. Your statement noting mentions in post titles would seem to mean that they do. That's good to know, despite that I very rarely tag others.

And some users are using mentions in both titles and content at the same time, which currently results in two notifications for the same post, and a third one if that sub is owned or modded by the mentioned account.
