I'm going to church tomorrow. THere is a church at the bottom of the hill, it's an episcopal church. I have been to stubborn and pragmatic to go back to church after telling everyone I was an Atheist. It seems that all my heros in life believe in Jesus, and I'm sick of being associated with the liberals/leftist that are immoral atheist and not the atheism but how they pervert it. I've been thinking about this for about a week off and on and realized that I act like church person the way I live my life without the god stuff included, super honest, friendly, helpful, willing to help a person at the drop of a hat. I just think I should give it a shot since it's been over 45 years since I last went. Any thoughts here?

One thing that struck me when learning about prayer, is that it can help to add "If it be Your will" to any of your petitions - helps center the conversation without you having to worry if you're "saying the right things".

I did wish that I would love if he could help the president and his loyal followers could find the evil in the country and the world and expose it and bring them to justice. I figured if he found the prayer good he might decide to grant it. I didn't expect him to do everything but if he decided the prayer was a good and holy one he would consider granting it. Asking for stuff is greedy though I did ask for him to show me how to find my calling in life so I could use my life skills to make a living that was a one that would help out people or someone greatly in need. I figure if I am asking humble stuff in my prayers they would be considered on a higher basis of either granting or not. I also prayed for my family and friends and neighbors health and happiness.
