I'll have to check it out because I read it off of the NewsBreak App then found the publishing website's link to share it. It's possible that what I saw was abbreviated and there's much more on the original site. Lesson learned. Sorry if I mislead anyone. I'll delete in a few.

I don't know about that, you did not mention that in the title. I was specifically referencing the part about him being the aggressor and the use of less lethal Force which you pointed out in your title as being not in the article when in fact it was.
