Like, age of consent is above minimum age to be charged for federal crime... Hence the need to lower age of consent... Or raise the bar for federal crime... "Come on man it's unfair..."

Yes this is the reason I went with state law rather than law where the server is. Technically speaking I could go with law there but it does become an endless debate at that point. It would be impossible to make a ruling if I went with federal vs state vs where the server is vs what ever else. Like I've said a line must be drawn on the issue somewhere so I made the call I made and I've not seen anyone make an argument that would suggest it was the wrong call yet.
