Yes you pick and choose jewish science from the early 19th century. And because of recent data we know CICO is a myth. There are a gorillion more factors to diet that are more important and less arbitrary
than calories. There is literally no calculation to determine how many calories a person has burned. They use a magic machine that can detect calories from your breath. Fake news because that's not what a calorie is and you can't calculate it that way because you literally have to burn the food with a flame.

My argument is not that calories don't exist. My argument is there is no way to measure CO therefore CI is pointless. It's not the same. There is no way to determine how many calories of energy a human is outputing because you need a formula to calculate it and there is none because our bodies can't "burn" food. You can ONLY measure calories by burning something with a flame.

CI can be calculated. CO is ALWAYS estimated. And there are too many variables left out. Especially gut hormones like ghrelin.

Wrong. If you eat the exact same amount of the same food everyday, and exercise the same amount of cardio, and you’re losing weight, you are in calories deficit diet.
So you just add more calories to your diet until you stop losing weight.
That’s how you calculate CICO.
