Go ahead pick and choose which jewish acronym club is and isn't lying based off some good housekeeping articles... I really don't care. The entire basis of your argument was and is "nuh uh."
- Eating less.
- Avoiding certain foods.
- Exercising more
- 1, 2, and 3 cause your ghrelin levels to "normalize"
All this because of the "muh diet" mindset that lasts for a week or two. Otherwise you wouldn't be needing multiple diets 🤣. The calories are just some arbitrary number.
