Yes you pick and choose jewish science from the early 19th century. And because of recent data we know CICO is a myth. There are a gorillion more factors to diet that are more important and less arbitrary than calories. There is literally no calculation to determine how many calories a person has burned. They use a magic machine that can detect calories from your breath. Fake news because that's not what a calorie is and you can't calculate it that way because you literally have to burn the food with a flame. Call it what you want but it's 100% not CICO.
I didn't pick any science. I studied it myself. I read the old science and the new science and I came to my own conclusion. How did you come to KNOW CICO is a fact?
