I dunno when, if ever. Inertia is difficult and many of them aren't inclined to even come here. There's mostly just COF and I that visit here. I've shared the URL, urged 'em to join, etc...

I'm sure it's coincidental, but I like to pretend he makes a special effort. A couple of times, it has gone down at around midnight. We regroup on the following day, so that works out.
