While a seemingly heartfelt apology and plan for the future, it does not address the most important thing. Voat is a one man show. The last two outages were caused by full disks that only that 1 man could fix. No amount of community rules will ever fix that. Nothing has changed. Voat will go down again. Even if he does finish it for himself or for the world, won't change the next time a disk gets full.
