any and all automatic systems, no matter how well-intended, can and will be exploited by voteshills.

automatic account flags need to be turned off to prevent future abuse. if y'all fucking care about something enough to label it automatically, i'm fairly fucking sure you have the manpower and time to get a human doing manual reviews.
