I'm not even kidding but many years ago I told my dad that I was worried about the next crop of engineers graduating from university. Then I started meeting them. Later, I was laughing telling my dad, hey, now I'm worried I'll never be able to retire.

Colleges should have a workplace training program to support graduates’ transition to the workplace.
Most colleges would disagree. They'll argue students need more toxic male indoctrination, more niggers, jews and fags.
