I talked to them. They were mainly well versed people. About 90%. I have met way more idiots on mainstream movie forums. What's more interesting, no trolls.

I'll take your words for it, but not regarding the IQ claim.

I've met people who were very articulate but were complete morons who couldn't solve a problem without asking coworkers for help.

I agree. I was talking only about the IMDb community, who were very selective about movies. I bet you are talking about people who enjoy supernatural horror. You can't be intelligent and waste your time watching supernatural bullshit that has no logic whatsoever.
